I'm Raghu Datta, a Senior Engineering Manager with 12 years of experience, and the creator of ProgressCraft, a Telugu YouTube channel for BSc, BCA and other degree students who want to build a software career in the AI era. Over the years I have helped 2000+ students get their first jobs in software engineering. That experience taught me one thing: good career guidance usually reaches only the students who already have seniors in IT. So I make videos in simple Telugu, so that any student from AP or Telangana, from any college, can understand how the industry actually works: which skills matter, how interviews really happen, and how to use AI tools with confidence instead of fear. Here on Topmate you will find my practical guides and ebooks. They carry the same frameworks, prompts and checklists I talk about in my videos, written step by step so you can use them directly in your own job hunt. You can also book a 1:1 session when you want personal help with your career, resume or interviews. Keep Learning, Keep Growing!
