Backlog Policy Checklist + AI Prompt (FREE) with Raghu Datta

One active backlog does not close every hiring drive. Each drive writes its own backlog policy in the eligibility section, and that policy decides, not what a senior told you.

This checklist shows you how to read it: three common shapes of a backlog policy, what each one means for you, and what to ask when the notification is unclear. Plus an AI prompt: paste the drive notification and your own situation, and it quotes the policy back and says eligible, not eligible, or unclear, with the reason.
