Today, I’m Head of Product at Loop, working on healthcare technology and employee benefits in India. We’re building flexible benefits that help people actually understand insurance: what to cover, how much to cover, and why, so decisions feel informed instead of intimidating. We’re also rethinking healthcare with preventive care at the center, using data, UX, and empathy to guide members toward better health outcomes. Before Loop, I was at Zepto, helping scale from early stage to millions of orders shaping consumer experience, growth and monetisation, while balancing speed with long-term trust. Earlier at Gojek and Ola, I built platforms that scaled across markets, launched loyalty models, and designed systems that improved unit economics without breaking customer experience.
