General product interviews can feel deceptively broad. You prepare for frameworks, you practice answers, you collect stories and then in the room, something else happens. The prompt is vague, the constraints are incomplete, and you can feel yourself either filling silence with words or tightening up and over-indexing on structure. Most candidates don’t fail on knowledge. They leak signal on judgment: what they choose to focus on, what they assume, what they ignore, and how they handle tradeoffs when nothing is clean.
In this session, we’ll run a realistic mock tailored to the level you’re aiming for (APM/PM/Senior PMs). We can cover product sense, prioritisation, strategy, execution under ambiguity, stakeholder conflict, GTM, metrics, and “tell me about a time” narratives. After the mock, I’ll give crisp feedback on how your thinking landed: where you sounded generic, where you got lost in detail, where your assumptions were shaky, and what would have made your answer feel more senior and credible.
