Quick commerce interviews have a very specific flavour. The questions look familiar retention, supply, growth, CX, unit economics—but the reality underneath is harsher: every decision hits multiple systems at once, and the interviewer is listening for whether you understand the operational truth, not just the product language. A lot of strong PMs stumble here not because they’re weak, but because their answers stay “platform generic” when q-commerce is deeply constraint-driven.
In this session, we’ll run a high-intensity mock tailored to quick commerce realities: assortment and availability, fulfilment constraints, delivery promise, dark store capacity, substitution behaviour, surge and batching, incentives, cancellations/returns, and how all of this shapes LTV and contribution margin. We’ll push on how you make tradeoffs when everything is urgent speed vs accuracy, growth vs burn, customer trust vs short-term conversion and how you communicate decisions when the org is moving fast.
You’ll leave with sharper q-commerce intuition, clearer executive-level framing, and feedback on how your thinking lands under pressure—where you sounded generic, where you over-explained, and what signals “I’ve operated in this world” rather than “I’ve read about it.”
