Sometimes a product is functionally correct and still doesn’t feel good. Growth slows, retention is soft, support tickets keep repeating, and the team starts normalising rough edges as “we’ll polish later.” Over time, craft debt becomes trust debt, and it’s hard to say when it started. In this call, we’ll examine the experience like a user would, but with an operator’s lens: where friction is being introduced, where the product asks for too much effort, where UX hides uncertainty instead of resolving it, and where the system teaches users the wrong behaviour. You’ll leave with a sharper view of what’s actually breaking trust and a short list of changes that materially improve the experience.
