I'm the Chief of Staff at MrMed, India's largest super-specialty pharmacy. I work out of the Founders' Office, which means my scope is whatever needs to move — strategy, hiring, OKRs, content, internal systems, new verticals. Before this, I grew into the CoS role from within at CrackVerbal, starting in digital marketing and moving through project management. That path taught me how to build function and context simultaneously, often with no playbook. I talk to two kinds of people on here.
