Most planning systems look good on a slide and die in execution. The problem is usually one of three things: the goals aren't specific enough to be actionable, the cadence doesn't match how the team actually works, or the plan never gets reviewed after the kickoff.

I run the annual operating plan at MrMed, including OKR design, goal-setting across functions, and the review rhythm. I've also made enough mistakes building these systems to know what breaks first.

In this session, we'll look at your current planning setup, stress-test the goals you've set, and figure out what's blocking execution. Bring your OKR doc, your AOP, or whatever you're working with.
