Hi, I'm Dani Herrera 👋🏻, an award-winning, bilingual Latina immigrant radically committed to helping others become more intentionally inclusive. I'm a Talent and DEI Consultant, Speaker, Trainer, and Career Coach with 17 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Operations, and Leadership. I'm committed to building cultures that attract and retain diverse talent, strategies that foster inclusion and belonging, processes that minimize biases, and systems that elevate historically excluded voices and talent, especially the immigrant and Latine communities. Among many other things, I'm a Consultant, a Trainer, and a Speaker. I'm also the Awareness and Advocacy Founding Partner at Allies in Recruiting, one of the Founding Members at The Talent Equity Alliance, a Career Coach and Mentor, and a Content Creator.
