I was in Recruitment for 17+ years! 👋🏻 As such, I’ve spent thousands of hours reading, reviewing, and editing resumes and LinkedIn Profiles. I’ve interviewed thousands of people and worked with hundreds of Hiring Managers.

I’ve coached Junior and Senior talent on resume writing and have seen how other Recruiters and Staffing Agencies approach resume and LinkedIn profile reading. I'd love to review your resume and share my thoughts and feedback.

3. I will give you detailed, tailored, and specific tips and suggestions on the best approach to fixing any issues and red flags. I will explain what details should be included/removed (and why!) BUT I won't write the final document for you. You know you and your skills better than I ever will! I will give you the tools to make your details shine :)
