Hi, I am Aashna, a counselling psychologist by profession. My family and friends always said that I am 'calm', 'patient' and a 'good listener'. So makes sense how I ended up taking this professionally🤷 I've been practicing professionally for 3 years now and it's been the most enriching experience. My practice is built on the values of trust, safety, authenticity and empathy. I have had the privilege to be associated with esteemed institutions. From receiving my M.Sc Counselling Psychology at Christ University to getting the opportunity of working with different projects at Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). These experiences have helped me hone my skills and grow by working alongside some brilliant minds.
