About me

Hey, I’m Vamika — Counseling Psychologist I help people work through anxiety, burnout, low self-esteem, trauma, and relationship struggles — with warmth, clarity, and evidence-based tools. I hold a Master’s in Clinical, Counseling & Organizational Psychology, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Guidance & Counseling. So far, I’ve supported 35+ clients from different walks of life — and I currently offer sessions under supervised practice. “The only way out is through.” This quote anchors my work — healing takes courage, and we’ll face it together. 🌱 🧠 My approach - I take a trauma-informed, eclectic approach, combining: CBT, REBT, and mindfulness-based techniques. Humanistic and person centered Approch and Psychoanalytic Insights. Tools like journaling, grounding, breathwork, yoga, and somatic work. *I am currently getting trained for EFT, Emotion-Focused Therapy. Our sessions are a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, recognize patterns, and move toward acceptance and conscious change — entirely at your own pace.
