
This 1:1 therapy session offers a dedicated, confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges with compassion and understanding. In this 60-minute call, we’ll dive into whatever’s on your mind—be it stress, anxiety, productivity, relationships, self-esteem, or burnout.
This, in particular, will be an Intake Session. Together, we’ll work towards understanding your needs and figuring out your goals.
We will then further work on building resilience and finding practical steps to create positive change in the coming sessions for you.
