Previously, as Vice President of Product & Business Development at Hibiscus Health, Tamika led cross-functional teams to deliver an AI-powered wellness and metabolic health platform. She helped drive adoption and engagement, optimized analytics and health monitoring frameworks for clients and clinicians, led go-to-market strategies, customer acquisition and investor research in collaboration with the executive leadership and advisors; efforts that helped the organization secure millions in seed funding.
