I'm Tamika, a Product & Innovation Manager building at the intersection of AI, health, and education across the Caribbean and beyond. I mentor with AMCHAM T&T's Women in Leadership program and Women in Data Science (WiDS) T&T, and I've held leadership roles from President of the UWI Computing Society to VP of Product at a funded health tech startup — all while pursuing a Master's in Strategic Leadership and Innovation.
