Health tech and ed-tech are two of the hardest spaces to build in. The users are vulnerable, the stakes are high, the regulations are real, and generic product thinking doesn't cut it. You need someone who understands the domain — not just the technology.
This session is for builders, founders, and product teams working at the intersection of technology and human wellbeing — whether that's patient outcomes, learner engagement, mental health, or behavior change.
I'm Tamika, a Senior Product & Innovation Manager with deep, hands-on experience in both spaces. I lead product vision for an AI-driven ed-tech platform — translating learner needs into scalable solutions, improving decision-making clarity for students, and integrating mental health considerations directly into educational experiences. At Hibiscus Health, I led cross-functional teams to deliver an AI-powered wellness and metabolic health platform, built analytics and health monitoring frameworks for clients and clinicians, and helped drive adoption at scale. As an AI Researcher at UWI and TTLAB, I explore AI applications in education, health, and climate resilience — bridging technology, policy, and inclusive innovation.
This isn't consulting from the sidelines. I've lived the complexity of these domains and built through it.

What you'll walk away with: Domain-specific strategic guidance you won't get from a generalist product consultant — grounded in real experience building AI-powered products in health and education that people actually use.
How it works:
Building in a regulated or institutional context? Share any relevant documentation, frameworks, or constraints ahead of time — the more I understand your environment, the more precise my guidance will be.
