About me
I have spent nine+ years building financial products at one of India’s leading financial organisations - zero-to-one insurance marketplaces, lending journeys and mortgage platforms used by millions of customers.
I have been the person in the room translating between business heads who want “a three-click journey” and tech teams explaining why the system cannot do that. I have built products that worked beautifully and I have firefought the ones that broke at 11pm. Both taught me equally.
My core experience is BFSI - insurance, lending, payments and digital transformation - working with Indian and US clients, across business analysis, product ownership and product management. I have led cross-functional teams through discovery, delivery and the messy middle where most products are actually decided. I have mentored and groomed more than 20 employees in my team from a fresher to a great Product owner, Techno functional BA or functional BA.
I have also sat on the other side of the table, interviewing more than 40 candidates for BA and PO roles.
The same gaps sank candidate after candidate. No domain preparation. Freezing when asked to write a user story live. No idea what happens behind an API call. Good people, losing to questions nobody had prepared them for.
What I do here
I work one to one with people moving into Business Analyst, Product Owner and Product Manager roles - and with people already in them who want to move up.
That means career direction, Business Analyst trainings, resume and LinkedIn positioning, portfolio artefacts built from your own experience, domain preparation and mock interviews with honest feedback.
I teach the skills the job actually needs and interviews actually test - from someone who has done the job, not just read about it.
The Translator Method. Real projects. Real failures. Real preparation.
