Who this is for
You're applying and hearing nothing back. Or you're switching into BA/PO from QA, support, operations or services, and your resume still reads like your old job.
How this works
Send your resume and one job description you're actually targeting when you book. I read both before we meet - so we don't spend your session on context.
By the time we start, I already know what's wrong with it.
In the session
Live teardown. We go through your weakest bullets and I name the pattern each time - responsibility language instead of outcomes, generic claims with no evidence, or no system vocabulary anywhere, which is why techno-functional roles skip you.
We rebuild together, on screen. Your headline and your top three bullets, rewritten in your words, using the formula: Action + what you produced + what changed.
Keyword matching. How to tailor for every JD in fifteen minutes, not two hours — and why "requirement elicitation" and "requirement gathering" are not the same search.
ATS reality. Which formatting choices are quietly breaking your parsing. Two-column templates, tables, text boxes, skill rating bars — the beautiful template may be arriving as scrambled text.
Your questions. Career gaps, short stints, how to describe an internship, whether to keep certifications. Bring them.
What you leave with
A rewritten summary, three rewritten bullets, and a written list of the remaining fixes to do yourself.
What I won't do
I won't rewrite your whole resume for you. One rewritten resume helps you once - the formula helps you for every application you'll ever send. I'll teach you the formula and prove it works on your own bullets.
And I won't be gentle about what's not working. Polite feedback wastes your money.
Why me
9 years in BFSI product — insurance, lending and mortgage. I've also been on the hiring side of 40+ BA interviews, so I can tell you what actually caused a rejection rather than what the internet says.
