We will take a hands-on approach: either we take one treasury process you know well and build the artefact your target roles ask for - AS-IS documentation, a target operating model, process flows, user stories and acceptance criteria. You supply the domain; I supply the structure and the challenge or I will provide a real-world business problem and walk you through a sample artefact. You will then apply the same framework to build your own deliverables, including problem definition, process mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and failure-path analysi or

A written artefact brief, a worked example to follow, and a clear structure for your first portfolio piece. This will help you learn the skills which you lack for a BA role.
