About me

Growing up, I was taught two things that shaped the way I moved through the world, 1. "Hate the sin, not the sinner" & 2. "Take people's secrets to your grave." Those two lessons shaped me into someone who never judged, never gossiped, never made someone feel small for what they shared with me. People noticed. Long before I had any credentials, they came to me. Friends, strangers, people who had never told anyone, they told me. I became the person you called at 2am, the one you confessed things to that you'd carried alone for years. I didn't fully understand why then. I do now. People don't open up to the most qualified person in the room. They open up to the safest one. That became my foundation. And curiosity did the rest. I started noticing patterns in people long before I had the language for them. Why certain relationships leave you smaller than when you entered them. Why some people drain everything around them without realising it. Why the people who hurt us the most are often the ones we can't seem to leave. That curiosity became a degree in psychology. And the degree became practice. For the past 8 months I've been guiding ppl & helping them move through transformations they didn't think were possible for them. Psychefolio is where that work lives publicly. Built for people who want to understand the psychology behind what happened to them and find their way back to themselves. I study human behaviour. I always have. This is just the first time I'm doing it out loud. Peace 🕊️
