An ENFP - A Personality type, Pratik is passionate about building high performance teams & have been building them since last decade, working with high growth companies & taking them to next level of performance.

a) Scaling entire workforce from Series A to Series E & beyond, doubling/hyperscaling their workforces with high-quality + fitment talent & getting the benefits of scaling with the addition of workforce (Key thing here is accruing scalability advantage with growth, it adds to sustainability & enables People function to be a Profit center)
b) Building the entire HR team (including Recruitment, Performance Management, Talent Management, Capability Development, Employee Engagement & Culture) from scratch & scaling them to be strong execution units, being prepared for the next level of change (with respect to Org priorities, phase, scale etc.)
c) Focused on execution, grassroots level vibe & driving things from the boardroom to grassroots across
d) Building a purpose-driven workplace with an open culture, transparency, empowerment, high accountability & collaborative leadership - these are very powerful levers enabling human potential to be taken to next level
