Twelve years in corporate. Flipkart, Nykaa, Engineers India Limited, Future Group across Growth, supply chain, marketing, sales, retail, ecommerce, BPC, B2B and B2C after an MBA and B.Tech. Not because I said yes to everything, but because I knew what I did well and what I wanted to do and I could show, specifically, how that helped in each new context. The system wasn't always kind. But I learned to navigate it, the politics, the difficult people, the pressure to become something I wasn't, without losing myself in it. And when I was done, I chose to leave. On my own terms. That experience taught me something I now can't unsee: most career confusion doesn't come from lack of skill or ambition. It comes from not understanding yourself clearly enough within the system you're operating in and that happens to everyone owing to the fast pace our careers have taken, leaving us with no time to sit with ourselves. I work with two things: pattern recognition and deep observation of people and situations. Using those, I help you understand how you function at work, find the direction that's actually yours, so that you can build a career that works for you instead of consuming you.
