About me
Hi, I'm Pallavi Singh, a Grief & Trauma Therapist and the founder of Indian Grief Therapist.
I work with individuals navigating grief, trauma, inner child wounds, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, and the complex realities of being human. My approach is trauma-informed, compassionate, and culturally sensitive, integrating evidence-based therapeutic approaches with somatic, creative, and reflective practices to support holistic healing.
Over the past 8+ years, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, caregivers, and helping professionals across diverse settings. Alongside intense trauma work, I have trained counsellors, caregivers, educators, and shelter home staff on trauma-informed care, emotional wellbeing, and mental health.
My relationship with grief is both professional and deeply personal. Having experienced the loss of my father, elder brother, and mother, I understand the profound ways loss can reshape a life. These experiences have taught me that healing is not about "moving on" but about learning how to carry what has changed while continuing to build a meaningful life around it.
At the heart of my work is the belief that people do not need fixing. They need spaces where they can be seen, heard, supported, and gently accompanied through their healing journey.
Outside of therapy, you'll usually find me exploring tarot and energy work, working with Bach flower remedies, painting, singing, tending to plants, or finding joy in small everyday moments.
If you're looking for a space where healing, meaning, and gentleness can co-exist, I'm glad you're here.
