She is a great mentor, I have booked few slots with her and always got the clarity I needed. Our conversations were always well structured and always felt like 2 people working together to solve a problem with same energy. I took her help in preparing for intervews at FANG companies both tech and non tech sides, Choosing the right organisation once you have multiple offers and for general career guidance. She helped me visualise not only short term execution but also long term career vision, along with preparation for all types of interviews, be it behavioural or technical. Her guidance in evaluating companies offers from all aspects - my skill fitment to role transitions in future, company’s culture, overall success and growth, and alignment with my values, all have helped my decision making simpler and data driven.
