I'm Mehar — currently Strategy & Operations Lead at Bloom AI, an AI-native BFSI startup, where I lead competitive intelligence and scalable ops initiatives for global asset managers and insurers. Before this, I spent close to 4 years at Kepler Cannon, a boutique New York-headquartered strategy consultancy, where I was hand-picked by a Senior Partner — from a pool of 70 consultants — to serve as Chief of Staff. In that time, I worked on 6+ strategy-led transformations for Fortune 100 clients, helped build the firm's Strategy & Business Development function from scratch, and picked up six star-performer awards along the way. Before all of that, I did my Master's in Management (Strategy) at Bayes (formerly Cass) Business School in London, graduating with Distinction, after a B.Com (Hons) from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University. Getting into — and getting the most out of — a competitive UK Master's as an Indian undergrad, and then converting that into a consulting career, taught me a lot about what actually moves the needle in both processes.
