I coach professionals who are good at their jobs but are struggling to show it — in appraisals, performance reviews, career conversations, and moments when they need to own their narrative but don't know how. I've spent 10+ years inside engineering delivery organizations and GCCs, making workforce decisions that affected real careers. I've sat in calibration rooms. I've seen what gets someone promoted and what gets them overlooked — and it's rarely about capability. If you're between 26 and 46, navigating a performance review, a career transition, a tough conversation with your manager, or figuring out what your next move looks like, this is the right place. I also work with first-time managers, navigating people challenges, and early entrepreneurs, helping them figure out their first moves. No frameworks pulled off a slide. No generic advice.
