About me

When I immigrated to Canada, I sat in my home searching for home. I had lost my identity, even though my degree and name had not changed. I could not find my voice, even though I knew all the words. This was not the first time I had experienced this. My first immigration was from Punjab to Delhi when I got married. The second came when I chose to walk out of a comfortable but loveless marriage to live fully as who I was. Come to think of it, moving out of the shadow of childhood trauma and building a safe home within me was also a kind of immigration. That immigration started with a pen and paper. And all by myself. But you don’t have to do it alone, and this is the reason I became a coach. Have you ever found yourself lost while trying to find your way in a new chapter of life? I partner with women and youth navigating a new identity, making new choices—whether in their careers or relationships—and looking to reclaim their voice. As an ICF-certified coach, a graduate of Narrative-Based Medicine at the University of Toronto, and a lifelong practitioner of writing, I bring a safe and creative space into my 1:1 sessions and workshops. Together, you’ll: • Explore your core beliefs, values, and identity through guided reflection and inquiry. • Craft your personal narrative using storytelling and self-discovery frameworks. • Find your voice and build confidence and clarity through group coaching and peer feedback. • Learn practical tools to navigate transitions, find your direction, and live with greater intention. My approach is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and the belief that your story—and your values—are among your strongest assets for growth, connection, and thriving.
