With 26+ years in leading global-scale IT organizations, I am currently the CTO for Amazon Canada. My responsibility encompasses driving the modernization of our retail, operations & technology footprint, AI strategy and solutions, integrations across multiple Amazon platforms, security posture, compliance, product and tech parity with the US, and end-to-end technology and science transformation for all of Amazon Canada.
As a versatile and progressive senior technology executive, I have successfully delivered digital and technology transformations for various industries, such as supply chain, manufacturing, PLM, fleet, automotive, food and beverage, health/pharmaceuticals, CPG, finance, retail, CRM, and aviation. I have created disruptive S/PaaS/Cloud compliance and food safety technology products, launched enterprise Robotics Process Automation (RPA), and built strategic relationships across organizations. My team and I are delivering LLM based tech products and are working on Agentic AI use cases at Amazon Canada to drive further business and process efficiencies.
I am an executive leadership development program (LDP) graduate, a supply chain and manufacturing domain expert and Canada's Privacy Bar Raiser.
