1:1 Leadership Coaching (pricing for 2 sessions)

I offer mentoring and coaching sessions that will be organized for your needs. This will be catered to your individual needs to serve for your next step(s). You will be teased out on what it is that you really want, what you are good at regardless of whether you are looking to continue as an individual contributor (IC) in your current field or are wanting to inject into a new field outside of your comfort zone, or looking to break in to first-level management, middle, senior or as an executive leader.

I have mentored and coached professionals over the past decade to help them successfully progress into all layers of management and leadership roles (within the organizations that I have worked for and elsewhere). You will be seen differently once you take these sessions by tapping and applying these practical principles and nuances. I will also cover the art of leadership that encompasses attributes such as how one shows up during difficult times to their organization and team and maintains empathy while tackling such scenarios.

Pricing: $350 for 2 sessions of 60 mins each, and will be discounted for additional sessions as required.
