Hi, I'm Smrithi. I've always been drawn to questions that are bigger than us. How do stars evolve? What happens in the extreme environments of the universe? How do we turn observations, equations and simulations into something we can actually understand? That curiosity led me to astrophysics and research. Along the way, I also realised that one of the hardest parts of pursuing science isn't always the science itself. It's figuring out what to do next. Which project should I take? Should I pursue research? How do I build my profile? What skills should I learn? Should I do a Master's or PhD? How do I find opportunities? I've asked many of these questions myself, and I've learned that having the right conversation at the right time can make a huge difference. So, this is a space where we can have those conversations.
