About me

I'm a 3x founder with one exit, currently building Fluence Pay — a customer advocacy and cashback platform I'm launching out of in5 Dubai, with a banking partnership already signed and live pilots running across UAE merchants. Before this, I built and sold an omnichannel communications company, and spent years inside high-growth operations at Paytm (One97 Communications) and Tata Communications, where I learned what actually moves the needle in GTM, partnerships, and scale — versus what just looks good in a deck. I also run Beyond Dimension, a growth consulting practice, where I've worked with founders and brands on positioning, GTM sequencing, and channel strategy across categories. What I bring to advisory calls: I've built the fundraising deck, signed the LOI, negotiated the partnership, and made the pricing call myself — recently, not a decade ago. I'll give you a direct, sometimes uncomfortable read on your GTM, your pitch, or your numbers, rather than validate what you already believe. If your business plan has a gap or your deck has a deal-math error, I'll tell you before an investor does. I work best with founders who are past the idea stage and are wrestling with a real, specific problem — GTM sequencing, fundraising narrative, pricing, or partnership strategy — and want a sharp outside operator in the room, not a cheerleader.
