In a 1:1 counseling session with me, we engage in an open, reflective dialogue rooted in empathy and clinical psychological understanding. Drawing from my academic training in Clinical Psychology and Clinical Nutrition, I support you in exploring the layers of your inner world—your thoughts, emotions, behavior patterns, and current life experiences—while also acknowledging the mind–body connection that influences emotional wellbeing. Where helpful, elements of art therapy may be gently introduced, informed by my practice as a charcoal artist and painter, to support emotional expression and insight. Together, we work toward greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and psychological grounding within a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic space.
