This is an exclusive 1:1 mentorship for people stepping into a bigger role—whether you’re building your first business, moving into a leadership position, or taking ownership beyond your current function.

The work sits across marketing, brand, communication and sales, but the goal isn’t to teach you another set of tactics.

It’s to help you develop the judgment to understand the business around your role, make better decisions, communicate with intent, and operate with increasing ownership.

We’ll work with your actual context—not a fixed curriculum.

What we’ll work on:

• Think like a strategist: Understand the business, customer, market, positioning and growth problem before jumping into execution.

• Connect marketing, brand & sales: See how your decisions in one area affect the others—and stop treating them as separate functions.

• Build decision-making judgment: Learn to question assumptions, evaluate options, understand trade-offs and make decisions without constantly looking for the “right answer.”

• Communicate with intention: Whether it’s content, a pitch, a campaign, a sales conversation or an internal decision—understand what needs to be said, to whom, and why.

• Handle like management: Learn to prioritise, structure problems, give direction, evaluate work and navigate the messy middle between strategy and execution.

• Hold like the founder you want to become: Develop ownership, commercial thinking and the ability to take responsibility for outcomes—not just tasks.

• Work through real situations: Your current business, role, projects, decisions and challenges become part of the learning. We examine what happened, why it happened and what you could have seen differently.

What you’ll leave with:

Not just another skill or a collection of frameworks. You’ll develop a stronger way of thinking about business, communication and your own role within it—so you can move from executing what you’re told to understanding what needs to happen next.

How it works:

This is intentionally 1:1 and flexible.

We start with where you are, what you’re responsible for, and where you’re struggling to move forward. From there, each session builds around the decisions, problems and opportunities you are actually dealing with. After the first session you'll receive a tracker to monitor your lessons, progress, and assignments.

You can book one session at a time or continue across multiple sessions as your role evolves.
