I am an introvert by nature. So I have had several hardships in growing in my career organically. Through experiences working for small and large scale tech companies in India & USA I have found practical ways to approach my career. I love interacting with aspiring , passionate people from all walks of life. Yes, I am a people manager/leader a decent one (being honest). I have been a mentor to many and a mentee to a few powerful leaders. I have trained 6500+ engineering college students in preparing for job interviews and choosing their career. I have mentored 70+ Data Engineers/Support Engineers/QA Engineers and Full stack developers across several platforms & services. Delighted to start my services in Topmate. Let's connect and help each other grow !
