Individual Contributor to Manager

Being or becoming an engineering manager can be challenging and the role dynamics often ambiguous. I have been a Technical Lead and Engineering Manager for 12+ years with a real experience of managing teams of size up to 55 developers across locations.

I have expertise working for a service companies (Accenture, ITTStar), Financial Services (Wells Fargo) and product companies (Amazon, Intuit). I have managed Data Engineers, Full Stack Developers, Tech Leads, BI Engineers, Data Scientists and DevOps Engineers in my career.

I have mentored and guided Staff & Lead engineers (Individual Contributors) from Google, Intuit and other Product companies transition into Manager and Leadership roles.
