About me

I'm a content manager and editor with 14 years behind me, 11 of them freelance. For the last two I've run content programmes for B2B SaaS brands at TripleDart Digital, with teams at Zoho, Cognizant, SentinelOne, GE Appliances, HighRadius and Signeasy.

Some of that work is published as client case studies. One programme took a client's LLM traffic from roughly 20 to 750 monthly sessions and produced 98 qualified leads in six months. Another grew AI citations by 134% across Google AI Overviews and ChatGPT.

Before B2B I wrote long-form features and interviewed Saina Nehwal and Mallika Sarabhai for print, which taught me that most writing problems are really thinking problems wearing a disguise.

I have spent over a decade editing other people's work, which is mostly the business of working out what someone meant and then helping them say it on purpose.
