About me
I’m a New Zealand–based digital and service leader who sits at the intersection of people, technology and migration. I moved from India, built a career across APJ and New Zealand, and now split my time between mentoring individuals, advising founders and leaders, and building the 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗭𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮.
My work combines lived migrant experience, two decades in senior IT and service roles, and research such as 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 (𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻) 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗜𝗧 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗭𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱.
I typically work with:
1️⃣ 𝗡𝗲𝘄𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆‑𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 – as a sounding board on careers, migration decisions and “how NZ really works”.
2️⃣ 𝗠𝗶𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗭 – on role changes, exits, moves into consulting, and lifting their impact.
3️⃣ 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 – on customer retention, service design and 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝘅𝗢-style support.
4️⃣ 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘀 – on service and operating models, and NZ–India or Indian diaspora strategy.
