About me

Champion for new-comers to New Zealand, I am a Founder of the New Zealand Centre for Digital Connections with India - link 3 above. Mentoring is a key pillar of strategy, the others being addressing the root causes that requires the work to be done. This builds on account of a piece I co-authored: The Story (Contribution) of Indian IT Professionals to New Zealand - link 4 above. With the study, and my personal journey, I know first hand of challenges faced by new-comers, and what makes for success.
