Who I am: I am a software engineering and GCC leader with 14 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations. At Thomson Reuters, I grew a GCC from a team of one to over 300 engineers, architects, and managers, while owning a $40M global transformation portfolio. I currently lead engineering transformation at Evernorth, a Cigna company, where I am deploying AI-assisted development tools including GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks across a 60-plus engineer team in a HIPAA-regulated environment.
