About me

I am on a mission to provide a simple and easy to practice solution to de-stress and rejuvenate on the go and help the busiest professionals to be on the path of wellness and joyfulness! Busyness has lots of ill effects not just on business people but everyone right? Nullifying the ill effects of busyness is my business! Stress affects everyone irrespective of one’s place, position, possessions, customs and traditions. My guiding theme “Don't Do Meditation, BE in Meditation”, helps the busiest persons working in corporate/organizations to easily integrate meditation practices into their day to day activities! This methodology is independent of customs, culture, and traditions one follows and hence is suitable to everyone! I got initiated into meditation in the year 1995. Thereon, continuous experimentation, undergoing Vipassana meditation, Eckhart Tolle’s school of awakening & learning through various Gurus culminated in developing this method.
