
Self Awareness practices can be mastered over 4 sessions, each session is of two and a half hour duration each.
These can be integrated into our day-to-day activities. And hence they are more effective.
These practices are easy to implement as there are no rigid dos and don'ts, fear factors, and time restrictions.

Presenting the outline of the flow of sessions;
SESSION 1 - 2+ hours
It is a simple observation of sensations in the body.
However, the practice of this over a week brings many changes!
Glimpses of Stillness/Nothingness / total awareness is the main outcome of this session.
This happens through awareness of sensations at specific parts of the body, awareness of breathing patterns, and arising thoughts.
SESSION 2 – 2+ hours
Becoming aware of five sensory perceptions and getting into self-awareness bring in more benefits.
Each sensory perception will be a portal to 'be in meditation' – is the outcome.
SESSION 3 – 2+ hours
Understanding and experiencing the nature of thoughts is going to be a wonderful experience.
Outcome - An understanding of thought patterns and the Gift of Happiness is inside of us!
SESSION 4 – 2 hours
Becoming aware of Emotions and their conditioning, and tying up all sessions
