Consultation call
It begins with an in-depth consultation call, where we'll discuss your health goals, lifestyle, medical history and dietary preferences over 45 minutes.
Diet Plan
Based on our discussion, you'll receive a tailored diet plan crafted to meet your specific needs and preferences.
Post plan call
A post-plan call will be conducted to guide you through the meal plan step by step, explaining the core principles and science behind the recommended meals while addressing the doubts or queries you may have.
Follow up sessions + Modified diet plan
Throughout the program, you'll benefit from a series of eight follow-up calls scheduled every 10 days, allowing us to monitor your progress, address any challenges, and provide continuous motivation and support.
