About me
I coach senior engineers and engineering managers through the career transitions that don't come with a playbook.
12+ years in tech. Started writing code at PayPal, moved to the Netherlands in 2018, and grew into a Manager of Managers leading a 30-person organization at Booking.com.
Along the way I coached dozens of engineers and EMs through first management roles, promotion cycles, interview loops, and the specific challenges of building a technical career across the India-to-Europe transition.
