Hi, I’m Sheetal 👋 I’m a Software Engineer at Amazon with 9+ years of experience building software across Amazon, Microsoft, and ISRO. Over the years, I’ve navigated different engineering environments, made career transitions of my own, and worked on everything from mission-critical systems at ISRO to large-scale backend and distributed systems at Microsoft and Amazon. I started mentoring because I know how confusing the early stages of a software engineering career can be - what to learn, when to switch, how to prepare for interviews, and how to stand out from hundreds of other candidates. I help freshers and early-to-mid career software engineers with: • Career and job-switch strategy • Resume & LinkedIn positioning • DSA and interview preparation • LLD & System Design • Moving from service-based to product companies • Understanding what it takes to grow to the next level My goal is simple: give you honest feedback, help you identify the gaps, and leave you with a clear plan of action. If you're figuring out your next move, let's figure it out together. 🚀
