Career Guidance with Sheetal Bisht

I’m a Software Engineer at Amazon with 9+ years of experience, with a background spanning Amazon, Microsoft, and ISRO. I’ve worked on large-scale distributed systems, cloud platforms, backend services, and end-to-end product development.

In this 1:1 session, I’ll provide practical, personalized guidance based on your current experience and career goals.

We can discuss topics such as:

• Career growth: SDE → Senior/Staff Engineer, choosing the right career path, and identifying your next move
• Interview preparation: DSA, System Design, HLD, LLD, and behavioral interviews
• Resume & LinkedIn: positioning your experience effectively for senior engineering roles
• Job search strategy: targeting companies and roles that match your experience
• Amazon/Microsoft interview preparation: understanding expectations and preparing strategically
• System design: improving your approach to designing scalable, reliable distributed systems
• Career transitions: moving between companies, domains, or into higher-level engineering roles

I’ll focus on honest feedback, actionable recommendations, and a clear plan rather than generic career advice.
