Every DevOps resume has the same project: "Deployed a 3-tier app on Kubernetes using Jenkins and Terraform." Recruiters skip it, and interviewers don't ask about it, because it proves you can follow a tutorial, not that you can do the job.
In this session, we design ONE project that actually gets you hired: built around a real problem, scoped for the role you want, and impossible to confuse with a YouTube clone.
What we do in 75 Mins
1. Map your target role: DevOps, SRE, Platform, Cloud or MLOps: what that hiring manager actually wants to see.
2. Pick the right project: A real-world problem, not a tutorial: zero-downtime migration, cost optimisation, observability for microservices, disaster recovery, and more.
3. Design it together: Architecture, scope, what you'll break and fix on purpose, and the numbers that prove it worked.
4. Plan how to present it: README structure, architecture diagram, the 3 resume bullets it earns you, and the interview questions it will trigger, with how to answer them.

Who is this for
NOT FOR YOU IF you want a ready-made project or someone to write the code for you.
