Working with you has genuinely changed how I approach my life. Before we started, I didn't have language for what was going on and I just felt stuck. You helped me name it. What's made the biggest difference is the awareness you've built in me. I now notice my patterns and habits as soon as they arise. This has transformed me significantly and helped me immensely in both my professional and personal life. That alone has let me follow through on tasks I'd been putting off for a long time. You gave me tools to work with and helped me understand why I was stuck in the first place, which made the tools actually stick. I'd recommend you to anyone who wants to improve their life in all aspects.
10 years in tech. 2.5 years in the invisible workforce. One journey through burnout, homemaking, and motherhood that changed everything.
I didn't just study these transitions — I engineered my own way through them.
I spent a decade as a DevOps Lead building resilient infrastructure and seamless workflows. When my own system hit a wall of burnout, I stepped off the ladder entirely. What followed was 2.5 years of the most complex, least documented, most underestimated work I've ever done — running a household, and quietly losing and rebuilding my sense of self in the process.
Nobody tells you that becoming a mother is its own system reboot. That the identity you spent a decade building doesn't just pause — it fundamentally changes its architecture.
Nobody tells you that leaving a high-pressure tech career doesn't mean rest. It means learning to run a completely different, completely invisible infrastructure with no documentation, no deliverables, and no performance reviews.
I lived all of it. The burnout. The matrescence. The career paralysis on the other side.
Today, I merge 10 years of systems thinking with ICF-aligned holistic coaching through my endeavor,
The Inner Edit — to help women stop surviving their lives and start designing them.
Who I work with:
— Working women deconstructing burnout and rebuilding identity outside of their job title
— Homemakers overcoming caretaker guilt to rediscover who they are beyond the role
— New moms navigating matrescence without permanently losing the woman they were before
— Career seekers debugging paralysis and architecting a clear, values-aligned professional roadmap
What I bring:
— A decade of IT experience and firsthand understanding of the pressures faced in high-tech environments
— Lived experience across burnout, full-time homemaking, and the psychological weight of new motherhood
— ICF-accredited coaching education — Global Coach Certification Program by MasterMyLife (MML) — currently practicing as an ICF ACC Candidate
If you're a woman in tech running on empty, a mom who's lost herself somewhere between the hospital and the household, or someone staring at a blinking cursor where their career roadmap used to be —
The Inner Edit is built for you.
