I Help Ambitious Professionals like yourself overcome Anxiety, Self doubt and lack of Confidence through deep Inner Transformation I have a therapeutic approach to Coaching my clients where I help them discover their inner gifts through Mindset Coaching + Inner Childhood healing Trauma Work and Intergenerational Trauma Work. I help you build Natural Self-Confidence that radiates from you. My philosophy is not "Fake it till you make it". It is to accept and love yourself to a point that confidence becomes second nature to you. I have a systemic lens to my work where in I work with you to resolve your issues in your family system. This involves healing your relationship with your parents, your partner, your children and anyone involved in your life.
