Traumagram Session : Map the Roots of What You're Carrying
You've done the work.
You've read the books. You've journaled. You've sat with your inner child. You've named your patterns.
And yet something still feels stuck.
The anxiety that doesn't match your life. The fear that shows up out of nowhere. The pattern in relationships you can't seem to break. The heaviness you can't explain.
You keep asking yourself, "Why is this still here? I've worked on this."
Here's what most people miss.
Some of what you're carrying didn't start with you.
It started with your mother. Or her mother. Or the grandfather no one talks about. The aunt who died young. The loss that was never grieved. The secret the family agreed to bury.
The body remembers what the family forgot.
And until you map it, you keep living it.
What is a Traumagram?
A Traumagram is a map of your family's trauma.
Not a family tree of names and dates. A map of what actually happened. The early deaths. The separations. The abandonments. The mental illness. The addictions. The losses no one grieved. The members no one speaks of.
When you map it, you start to see something you couldn't see before.
You see which feelings are actually yours. And which ones you've been carrying for someone else.
The Traumagram makes the invisible visible.
Who this is for
This is for you if:
You've done years of inner work and something still won't shift.
You feel things that don't match your life story.
There's a pattern in your family that keeps repeating and you don't want to pass it on.
You sense there's something in your lineage that's still alive in you.
You're ready to stop carrying what was never yours.
What happens in the 60-minute session
We sit down together and we map your family.
I ask you questions about your parents, your grandparents, your siblings, your extended family. About the deaths, the separations, the silences, the secrets, the survivors. About what happened and what was never spoken of.
We look at the patterns. Who left. Who died young. Who was sent away. Who was never the same after something happened. Who you remind people of.
Then we connect it to you. To your symptoms. To your fears. To the words you use when you describe what's wrong.
You walk out with a clear map of your family, an understanding of which patterns are likely yours and which ones you inherited, and the language to name what you've been carrying.
What this is not
This is not a coaching session.
I'm not going to coach you through your blocks. I'm not going to help you make a decision. I'm not going to give you a plan.
This is a diagnostic tool. A map. A way of seeing.
It works best as a complement to my 1:1 Clarity Call. The Clarity Call gives you the resolution. The Traumagram gives you the roots.
If you want the complete picture, both of what's happening and where it's coming from, you do both.
Why this matters
You cannot heal what you cannot see.
For years you've been working on yourself. But you've been working with half the picture. The other half lives in your family. In the stories no one told you. In the people no one named.
When you see it, something shifts. Not because the trauma is gone, but because you finally know what you've been holding. You stop blaming yourself for feelings that were never about you in the first place.
You don't have to keep carrying this alone.
You don't have to keep wondering why it won't shift.
You don't have to keep working on the surface when the roots are right there, waiting to be seen.
Book your Traumagram. Let's go to the roots.
P.S- I will be contacting you on your given whatsapp number to share the zoom meeting link.
If you would like the session to be recorded, you can request for it before the session starts.
