About me

I'm a Subject Matter Expert in workforce and resource management platforms. Over 5 years I've taken tools from requirements to UAT to launch, then trained 1,700+ users to actually adopt them. I've built and rolled out staffing tools (StaffBook, RR tool), Whoz-based rollout, and now work on Certinia PSA at Mastercard. I began as a mechanical engineer, so I know how to break into corporate tech roles without the "standard" degree. I help you move into BA, implementation, change management and resource management roles, and get good at them.
