BCG,Mastercard,PwC,IKEA, ADP -No MBA-Shortlisted with Rishabh Verma

I'm a mechanical engineer with no MBA. With 5 years of experience at Capgemini, my resume was shortlisted by BCG (Product Specialist), IKEA and ADP. I received offers from Mastercard and PwC. I know what makes a non-MBA resume stand out, and I'll show you how to do the same with yours.

In this session I review your resume and rework it with you.

You'll get:

• A line-by-line review of your resume with clear feedback
• How to turn everyday work into impact statements with numbers (before/after, % improvement, scale)
• How to present tool implementation, operations, analytics or change work for consulting and product roles
• How to position a non-MBA or non-CS background as a strength
• Keywords and structure that help you pass recruiter and ATS screening
• Advice on which roles and companies to target with your profile

Please send your resume and 2-3 target roles or companies when booking, so I can review it beforehand and we use the call to improve it.

Best for professionals with 2-8 years of experience aiming at consulting, product, business analyst, implementation or strategy-ops roles at firms like BCG, PwC, Mastercard, IKEA or ADP, especially without an MBA.

I share guidance and feedback based on my own experience. I can't guarantee shortlists, interviews or offers.
